How Does it Work?

roomio automatically integrates with calendar systems such as Microsoft Exchange or G Suite. The meetings organizers have access to a centralized dashboard where they can view, in an easy-to-follow manner, the schedule, rooms' status, or who made the reservations. The invited guests will receive notifications, with all the event details. Any changes after the creation of the event will be automatically sent to all participants.

1 Log - In
The meeting organizer logs in using roomio management interface from any device - even on the go.
2 Creating Appointments
The organizer checks the room availability, in-room equipment, number of seats, then selects an appropriate room and the needed time-frame.
3 Room Allocation
After room selection and assignment of an appointment, the new reservation is shown immediately, directly on the room entrance display and the overview display in the lobby.
